The Digital Guide website is operated by SIMBORIDGE WEB SRL (“we”). simonmbogdan@gmail.com.
Digital Guide is a product in development. The page explains what data we are processing in this phase (website type “shortly” and demo).

To whom we transmit the data

- CloudFlare (site hosting, security and automated translation with Workers AI). cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Transfer outside the European Economic Area
Our suppliers, in particular Cloudflare, may process data globally. Transfer is based on the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US data privacy framework, according to the supplier’s documentation.
